CEO in 2005.

Doug's background as a tint specialist, his many years of
inspecting properties for painting, his attention to detail and
his gracious demeanor, it is no wonder he is the person to contact
when you need a bid for your property. |
Rachael Wayne
President and Co-Owner
Rachael has "grown-up" with R. E. Broocker Co., Inc.,
beginning her career here in 1983.
Her
many years of experience with all aspects of this company has
earned her title as President . She is passionate about her
company, working hard to exceed the expectations of our customers
and family of employees. |
Lucy
Vanegas
Office Manager
Lucy has run the daily operations of our office since 2004. She is
usually the first person you will talk to when you call our
office.
If you
have a question, she can get it answered for you. Her friendly,
professional personality shines through when you speak with her on
the phone. . . . . You can almost hear her smile!

Robert Fortney
Field Superintendent
“Uncle Bob” started his career here in 1972 when this company
first started. His unbelievable patience and kind nature earned
him the title “Most Favorite Project Manager” voted by our
employees (and even some customers!).
Bob
successfully managed painting crews of up to 15 painters,
responsible for the daily management of large commercial painting
projects. During
his extended time here, he has perfected all aspects of the
painting business including fine finish applications, staining,
lacquer work, equipment repair and is the “master” at figuring out
how to safely work around the toughest moves on complicated
landscapes. Uncle Bob’s plethora of knowledge is an unbelievable
resource to the employees within our company and his incredible
positive attitude is a blessing to everyone that comes in contact
with him. |
James Wayne
Residential Estimator & Project Manager
James began his career here as a Painter in 1993. He worked his
way to Project Manager, managing a crew and running large
projects.
You can
now find him estimating, scheduling and running Residential and
Apartment projects. Because of his professionalism and years of
painting experience, James is a pleasure to work with.

Robert Watts
Project Manager & Estimator
Rob joined our company in 1992 as a Painter and quickly progressed
to a Foreman position, managing large painting crews and
Estimating.
His
current position as Project Manager ensures that our jobs are run
professionally, safely, on-time and within budget.
He is
often the Estimator for the projects he manages. Rob’s incredible
attention to detail, industry experience and friendly nature are
just a few of his many attributes to his successful career here.
